Stamp Insanity Challenge 33, A Spook-ilicious Halloween

Happy Thursday, we have the greatest Halloween challenge for you over at Stamp Insanity. A Spook-ilicious Halloween. Create a card/project with or for a yummy Halloween treat! (i.e. a treat box, or be inspired by Halloween candy/colors, be creative and have fun!)
Since I've had Twilight on the brain lately, when I found these Eclipse Halloween candies I knew I had to scoop up a few bags and incorporate them into this challenge.
So I created this little candy holder using the Otherworldly Loves set.
I used some Cuttlebug red shimmer cardstock for the base.
Open it up and there's the stars of Eclipse looking back at you.
I used 2nd generation images of the fangs and stamped the sentiment over it. I inked the edges with Barn Door distress ink. I also used the ooey gooey punch by Martha Stewart. Finished off with a bow out of this cool gauze type ribbon.
I used score tape to hold the candies in the holder.
Thanks for stopping by. Don't forget to visit the rest of the Ward 1 Crazies at their sites below:

And don't forget to visit Stamp Insanity to play along.

Fussy and Fancy Challenge 22, Winter Wonderland

YEA!!! It's Friday, and the weather is cooling down which means soon we could have SNOW! Which brings us to this weekends challenge at Fussy and Fancy, Winter Wonderland. I created 2 cards for this occasion:
My stamps are by Skipping Stones Design. Neither of them are currently on sale however.
I used paper by 3 Bugs in a Rug from their Snow Much Fun line. I stamped some snowflakes with Distress Inks, inked the edges and added my sentiment.
I finished it off with some bling and some ribbon.
My 2nd card uses the set Sassy Snow from Skipping Stones Design. I colored her with water color pencils and white Smooch paint. I inked the edges of the image and finished off the card with some ribbon and a few pink pearls.
Be sure to stop by the Fussy and Fancy blog to play along. Stitchy Stamps is our sponsor this week and has a great prize.

Live Free and Die Cut! SISC31

Happy Insane Thursday everyone! This week over at Stamp Insanity we have a great challenge! "Come up with creative ways to use your die cutter or die cut embellies!" I had to resort to the Cricut for a die cut. I thought a rose would go perfect with cute little Halloween Henry. Here's my card:
I used some paper from the Creative Imaginations Twilight pack. I colored cute Henry with water color pencils, white Smooch paint and my new Sakura Gelly Roll Stardust pens. (All vampires sparkle in my book)
I Stickled my die cut rose with Ruby Stickles as well as Henry's rose.
Finished off my card with some Santa Baby Glimmer Mist. I added it to the top of my card and let it drip like blood. I also sprayed my sentiment with the Glimmer Mist and inked the edges with Black Soot Distress Ink.
Don't forget to head over to Stamp Insanity to play along.

Spooktacular Halloween Fussy and Fancy style Challenge #21

Happy Friday ghouls and guys! Hope you are all having a great day! Today Fussy and Fancy has a challenge that was so close to my heart....Halloween!   Halloween is my favoriteist holiday of all! In fact, while you read this I'm on my way to Denver for the weekend and we're going to partake in a haunted sites tour. I can't wait! Anyway, enough jibber jabber, here is my Halloween card!
I used little Hattie from Kraftin' Kimmie stamps. Isn't she fab? So spooky! I colored her with watercolor pencils and a blender pen. In the picture below you can see that I used silver Smooch Paint on her hair.
My paper is some shimmer black stuff I had on hand and some scraps of some Teresa Collins Halloween paper.
I added some black bling and a shimmery white bow to finish off my card. The sentiment is from the Happy Halloweenie set from Skipping Stones Designs.
Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to check out what the other girls have done. You can find the links to their blogs on my sidebar.
