My journey though paper, glue and lots of bling!

Tuesday Already...and a BLOG HOP!

To those of you following my blog you know what today is..Sketch Tuesday!  And for those of you who don't follow...why aren't you? There is some amazing stuff going on over at Skipping Stones Design lately and you should be a part of it!

First off, We're having a blog hop!!  Hows a blog hop work you ask? Great question...here's the deets:

If your just stumbling onto my blog click HERE to go back to Angela's blog to get started on the hop. If you are here because you clicked on the link from Bev's blog, WELCOME!!!  Take a look around and make sure to leave a comment on this post to be eligible for some great prizes from Skipping Stones. Be sure to follow THIS link to the oh so talented Jen's blog when you are finished here. Make sure you leave some comment love on all the girls posts so you have a chance to win!! The winners will be announced on Friday January 8th at  Skipping Stones Design. Make sure you start at the beginning though and go all the way through the list! There is some amazing talent!

Secondly, today is the Tuesday Sketch Challenge at Skipping Stones Design. We have a new guest designer this month. Her name is Amy Sheffer. She's come up with a good sketch this week. And BAM...here it is:

You know, me...I had to flip it and add a little of my own flair to this card.

I used the Chocolate #2 set which has not yet been released so keep checking back to Skipping Stones for a release date.  It's such a fun little set.  I used some paper from Hobby Lobby, the brown is bo-bunny dot paper, the pink glitter is also from hobby lobby. I inked the edges in Tim Holtz distress ink and topped it off with some stickles and a little glittery brad in the corner.

My favorite part of this set is what I put on the back of the card. A little chocolate fingerprint and saying. Too stinking cute!

Next, I have BLOG CANDY to give away! Yum-o!!  And what's even more exiting...it's an almost sold out set of Bra stamps.

I'm going to make you work for this set though...I liked Erin's rules so much I decided to copy.

You must follow these rules to qualify:
* Create any card or piece of artwork that is based on any ONE of the sketches at Skipping Stones.
PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to use SSD stamps, but if you have them, we’d love to see you using them!  You DO have to use an SSD sketch to qualify.
* Post your card on your blog or other forum.
* Copy the URL and post it in a comment on THIS post.
* Link back to this post when you post your card.
I will draw a winner using a random number generator by Friday, January 8th.
I can't wait to see what you all come up with.

Have fun, get busy and be creative! Can't wait to see all your comments and projects! Check back Friday for the winner of MY blog candy but check Skipping Stones for the winner of one of four unreleased sets that they will be giving away.

Lastly, But equally important...Because of the Blog Hop Skipping Stones Designs has decided to offer 25% off everything! WOO HOO! This is great because the long awaited release of Coffee #1 set is today! Get on over to Skipping Stones and get your set now before it's too late.  The code for the sale is 25off
