Welcome to the March Blog Hop! I can't believe how fast this year has gone so far!

I saw this adorable new file for the Birthday Card Cake Slice four HERE and knew I needed to make it.  I used Lori's paper line from Echo Park called Easter Basket found HERE. I love the pastel colors of this paper line.

I added some dimentionas to the balloons, shipped cream and flowers to give it a little more dimention.

This card even squishes flat for mailing.
