We actually are starting to get some snow in our area. I'm super excited about that. Happy December! And welcome to the December blog hop. Today I share with you a little gift for my nail tech. 

I used the 3d Hot Cocoa Coffee Mug file (SVG, silhouette). I used paper from Lori Whitlock's The Magic of Christmas Line by Echo Park Paper.

I fussy cut the little mug instead of using the snowflake that comes with the cut file. I filled the little mug with a packet of hot cocoa, a mini Bailey's irish cream, some mini marshmallows, a peppermint stick spoon, and a few pepermind chocolate squares and of course a guftcard to her favorite coffee shop. 

The size of this little cup was perfect for all the fixings for hot cocoa. I finished by wrapping it in cellophane with a red ribbon. She is going to love it.

November Blog Hop

Happy November and welcome to the hop! Where has this year gone? For my project this hop I started on Christmas. I took the pop up card barn chicken (SVG, Silhouette) and made it Christmasy. I used paper from the Have A Holly Jolly Christmas line that Lori Whitlock designed for Echo Park Paper. I added a Christmas Wreath (SVG, silhouette) and changed the sentiment. I love a good pun.

I also added a cute little Santa hat on the little chick for more Christmas flair. 

Of course I had to pop my wreath and my sentiment. I love how the paper makes it look like it's snowing on the farm.

October Blog Hop

 It's blog hop time! Use the code below to get any of the SVG's that I used for 30% off.

I have 2 adorable nieces that I give earrings to for each holiday. This year I got these cute little ghost earrings for them for halloween and wanted a cute way to package them. What a better way than these Halloween Favor Box Coffin. (SVG, Silhouette). 

I didn't use the skull that comes with the SVG, instead on the 1st box, I used the Spider and Web set (SVG, ) and welded 2 of the corner webs together along with the dangling spider to make the base of the bow. Then I used the 3D bows set (SVG, ) and made the top bow, adding ribbon to the center. 

The other box I used some ribbon and other fibers and made a knot bow for the top and then cut the little ghost from the cat, ghosts and webs set (SVG, ). I inked up the edges of my ghost and pop dotted him on the cover.

80th birthday card

I'm on the blog today over at Lori Whitlock.

 Last weekend we got to celebrate the 80th birthday of my fiance's uncle, Dennis. Perfect oppertunity to make this fun card.

I used the pop up birthday card (SVG, Silhouette). I changed the Happy to a writing image rather than a cut. You know me and those little tiny letters. I used papers from the Echo Park Dino-Mite Collection. 

Such a fun bright card. The SVG comes with birthdays 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 so it's a versitile SVG that you can use over and over.

For the hop this month I made one of Lori's new fall box cards. It's called Flower Barrel (SVG, Silhouette)

I used the I Love Fall collection by Echo Park. I adore this line.

I inked all my edges and added some enammel dots to some of the flower centers. Tied on some twine and added the little mouse chipboard and some fall sticker leaves.

I just love how fun and pretty this turned out. And it lays flat for mailing.

National Toilet Paper Day

 

Who knew this was a thing?! When I learned that my post was on National Toilet Paper day I knew I needed some toilet humor prorojects.

First I made a fun little sign for the bathroom using the Funny Bathroom Phrase Bundle (SVG, Silhouette). I used the You Never Know What You Have SVG. I added some yellow ribbon on the hanger because my bathroom is decorated in grey and yellow and this sign will get a good laugh from friends when I hang it in my bathoom.

Then I added the portion of the Bathroom Rules 2 (SVG, Silhouette) that instucts you to change the toilet paper to this wooden back of the toilet, toilet paper holder.

August Blog Hop

Happy August! It's finally cooled down a little bit here in South Dakota which has me thinking of Summerween! I jumped on the bandwagon and made this fun little Squash Album with a summerween theme. (SVG, silhouette).

I used Doodlebug Happy Haunting paper. I just love the bright colors.

The album folds out to give you lots of space for photos, embelishments or journaling. The file also has a cute little belly band to hold the album closed.

This line of paper has such cute embelishments including some little owl doodle pops. I added ribbon accents and some stickers.

I couldn't help but add these cute little skeleton hands to the back of the squash album.

This week I created a farmhouse sign. We have been getting farm fresh eggs from my fiancé's aunt. SO GOOD. So that gave me the idea to make this cute little sign. I used the Farm Fresh Eggs 4 file (Silhouette). I cut the image in vinyl 1 inch smaller than my wooden sign and applied it.

I added wooden beads to my handle separated with some buffalo check ribbon.

I finished off my sign with a little greenery in the corner with a bow.
