It's been awhile since I created a card just to create. There is no challenge or design team need for this card, I just wanted to play. I've had the cute little
Sweet and Toxic set from The Greeting Farm for awhile now and have never inked up the girl so last night I got inky with her.
I used paper from K and Company's Whimsy Halloween line from last year. I colored her with watercolor pencils and inked the edges with mulled lavender Distress Ink. I also used a notebook paper background stamp by Cornish Heritage Farms. I inked the background stamp in pumice stone Distress Ink and used the 2nd generation stamp on the image and senti.
I used a star dust pen for the skulls and lines in her hair. I also added some little flowers in the top right corner with some bling.
My sentiment is from a company called Little Paper Shop, the set it a digi set called
Broken Hearts for Broken Hearts. Great set and the proceeds go to Stollery Children's Hospital in Edmonton to aid in the research and care of neonatal congenital heart defects.
